Such a brilliant quote from Takuan Soho (unfettered mind) on reaching the state of Oneness / the mind of no mind:

This is of course, totally useless if your'e not into Zen.

To think, "I will not think"
This too, is something in one's thoughts,
Simply do not think,
About not thinking at all.

For those into sword arts, or any martial or spiritual arts, the book "Unfettered Mind" is a must read.
